By accessing, registering on, or using the wc77 platform available at wc77.ws (the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms"), together with the wc77 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the Platform from time to time.

Each Player is permitted to hold one wc77 Account only. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether in your own name, under a family member's identity, or using any other individual's details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. wc77 reserves the right to merge or close duplicate accounts and forfeit any associated balances.
You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration and at all times thereafter. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and any other details requested. wc77 is not liable for any loss suffered as a result of inaccurate registration information provided by the Player.
It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the wc77 Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. wc77 makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in any particular location. Players accessing the Platform from restricted territories do so at their own risk.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your wc77 login credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account will be treated as authorised by you unless you have notified wc77 of a security breach.
If you believe your wc77 Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact wc77 support immediately via the live chat service. wc77 will investigate the matter and may temporarily suspend your Account during the investigation period to protect your funds.
You may request to close your wc77 Account at any time by contacting the support team. Prior to closure, any pending bets will be settled according to the applicable game rules. Verified Real Money Balances will be returned to you via your nominated PKR payment method. Bonus balances that have not met their applicable Wagering Requirements will be forfeited upon closure.
An Account is deemed inactive if no login or real-money transaction has occurred for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. wc77 reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee to dormant accounts in accordance with the published fee schedule. Players will be notified before any inactivity fee is applied.
wc77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer. wc77 does not apply any currency conversion. The amount you deposit in PKR is the exact amount credited to your wc77 Account.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply to each payment method and are displayed on the Deposit and Withdrawal pages within your wc77 Account. These limits may be updated from time to time. Higher limits may be available to verified accounts subject to wc77's discretion.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible, in line with anti-money laundering requirements. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. wc77 aims to process all withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval, but does not guarantee this timeline in all circumstances.
wc77 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard compliance requirement under the Platform's international gaming licence. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable time may result in the withdrawal request being declined until verification is completed.
Deposits may only be made from a payment account registered in your own name. wc77 will not accept deposits from or process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Any transaction identified as originating from or directed to a third party will be reversed and the associated Account may be suspended pending investigation.
All bets placed on the wc77 Platform are final once confirmed. It is your responsibility to verify the details of any bet — including the event, market, selection, odds, and stake — before confirming. wc77 will not reverse or amend a correctly accepted bet on the basis of Player error.
Odds displayed on the wc77 sportsbook are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to the settled bet. In the event of a manifest error in odds — such as a price that is clearly erroneous due to a technical fault — wc77 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the Player's Account.
Live in-play betting is offered on selected events including PSL, international cricket, and other sports. wc77 may suspend live betting markets at any time during an event due to significant incidents, data delays, or at its sole discretion. Suspended markets will not accept new bets until they are reopened.
All electronic games including slots, crash games, and jackpot bingo are powered by certified random number generator (RNG) technology. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each slot title is displayed within the game information panel. Live casino games are conducted in real time via certified live dealer studios.
A bet may be voided in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, postponement beyond 48 hours of scheduled start, market error, or clear system error. Voided bets are returned to the Player's Real Money Balance in full.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available on the wc77 Platform are subject to these General Bonus Terms as well as any specific terms stated in the individual promotion. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms prevail.
Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement. This requirement specifies the number of times the bonus amount (or in some cases the bonus plus deposit amount) must be wagered before any withdrawal can be made. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated for each bonus.
Bonuses that are not used or whose wagering requirements are not met within the stated validity period will expire automatically and be removed from the Account without replacement or compensation.
wc77 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus — and to suspend or terminate the associated Account — where it determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. wc77 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled maintenance, technical upgrades, or circumstances beyond wc77's control may result in temporary unavailability. wc77 will make reasonable efforts to communicate planned maintenance in advance.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits wc77's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
wc77 is committed to responsible gaming. The Platform provides a range of tools to help Players maintain control of their gaming activity. These include deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), session time reminders, cool-off periods, and full self-exclusion. These tools are accessible directly from your Account settings.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which wc77 holds its international gaming licence.
